Chris was better then on time for our appointment he called me and came 45 mins. early which was great for me. He was very professional and knew exactly what I needed and did a very good job. My wife was not here but when she came home she was very pleased with the repairs Chris did. I would highly recommend him anytime.

Chris is fantastic! I had to have someone to cut my carpet so other contractors could install a track for a new sliding glass wall, then return to attach the carpet to the track. I was concerned about timing since I needed the carpet cut right after the layout for the track was determined and before the track was installed. Chris calmed my concerns showed up exactly on time did excellent work and was very accommodating. I will hire him again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for someone to do carpet work of any kind.

We had water damage in our basement which required a large section of carpet pad to be removed. All repair work had to be completed quickly to make the space liveable again for my daughter. I contacted Chris and explained the situation. He was able to fit us into his schedule late that same afternoon. He was very courteous and arrived on time. He was well prepared, performed excellent work and did an outstanding job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Chris for any carpet repair needed and will definitely hire him again if the need arises.
